Elizabeth Caudill

Elizabeth Caudill currently serves as the Executive Director of EducateDallas and the Managing Director of Higher Education and Workforce at the Dallas Regional Chamber working with regional business, higher education institutions, and the Texas Legislature to improve the Talent Pipeline.

She was a 2016-2017 Fellow in the ACCE National Fellowship for Education Attainment, a former class member of the Dallas Mayor’s Star Council, was appointed by Dallas City Councilmember Rickey D. Callahan to serve on the Dallas Community Development Commission, and serves on the board of the CitySquare, a non-profit fighting the causes and effects of poverty.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University and served a year in AmeriCorps VISTA at Northwestern University before earning her Masters of Education in Higher Education Public Policy at Southern Methodist University.
