Wilton Hollins is the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for GlobalRehab Management; a rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospital management company. As a member of the senior management team he has developed and implemented human resources strategies that aided in the phenomenal growth of the hospital system.
Having benefited numerous organizations with a personal and professional dedication to excellence and a willingness to go ‘above and beyond’ to insure success, Wilton was integral in the creation of the GlobalRehab Foundation, a nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is to provide low-income and indigent patients with financial assistance, medical care and durable medical equipment.
Because Wilton offers a unique combination of good business sense, formal education and practical experience, he was asked by a Dallas School Board Trustee to serve on the HR Star Commission to assist the district in re-organizing, streamlining and refocusing Human Resources Processes. Wilton and the others on the commission presented twenty-one (21) recommendations to the school board and all were enthusiastically accepted. He is also an inaugural graduate of the Leadership DISD program.
Wilton Hollins has served a number of years on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for CitySquare (formerly Central Dallas Ministries), a Dallas area nonprofit with a focus on feeding the hungry, healing the sick, housing the homeless and renewing hope in the heart of our city.
Being passionate about children and their well-being, Wilton has volunteered fourteen plus years with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of North Texas.
Along with his community involvement, Wilton plays active roles in his church, St. Luke Community United Methodist Church where he serves as the Assistant Director of Music, and his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. Wilton is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, a senior certified human resources professional and a graduate of Columbia College with a degree in business.
